Titleist Mixed Recycled B-Grade Balls (60-Ball Pack) Review

This is a bag of 60 used golf balls - so if you are reading this expecting to receive a bag of barely used Pro-V1's, you will be let down.My bag contained mostly 2 and 3 year old balls that are faded, dead, and just plain ugly.I'm not complaining though, at 50 cents a ball - what can you really expect?

Quickly:If you shoot 95+, or have a chipping setup in your backyard, this is perfect. If you shoot around 85-95, you're going to play fine with these balls and you should just take some lessons. If you shoot below 85, you probably already have a regular brand/ball you play with and I don't know why you would want these.

Me, I shoot around 82, and I'm cheap as hell.If they could shoot in the 70's with a wooden ball in 1550 - I can play with a slightly used piece of plastic just fine.

Callaway Mixed Recycled B-Grade Balls (60-Ball Pack) Review

I received my order of the Callaway Recycled Balls today, 11/11/08, and I must say that I was not impressed with the quality.Although I do not believe the balls were misrepresented, I must not have fully understood the term "B-Grade" and I chose to order the balls based upon the price and the feedback from others who purchased them.Needless to say, the others before me must have got the pick of the litter and I got all of the discolored, multi-colored, scuffed, and marked balls. As a matter of fact, I've seen better quality balls on the driving range and I should have spent the few extra bucks to get the "mint" condition balls.

I feel like i'm hitting more fairways with this and getting a good bounce afterwards that i wasn't seeing before. These are rated by golf digest as one of the top 3 balls of 2009 and I can see why! Great set of balls that for the price you can't go wrong with!

Perfect for every type of player who wants more distance, TaylorMade's Burner golf balls offer a fast, long and soft performance that's enhanced by a new proprietary aerodynamic technology called Low Drag Performance, which promotes improved distance on the most common types of off-center driver hits. Offering an integrated approach, LDP technology combines every element that makes up the ball's surface--the size and depth of the dimples, the angles of their edges and the symmetry in which they're laid out--to help you maintain lift on low-spin and off-center hits and minimize distance loss. It also features an energetic V-Core (Velocity Core) that boosts speed, an exceptionally pliable Iothane 61 cover, and a two-piece construction that delivers the soft feel of balata.

Product Description:
Mid to high handicappers are often reluctant to buy high-quality golf balls because they know they'll lose a few during any given round. Enter this Nike bag of mixed, recycled B-grade balls, which lets average players play the best balls at a fraction of their original price. Each of the 60 balls in the bag is in fair to good condition, although they may be slightly off color or have small cosmetic abrasions. As a result, the balls play almost as good as the brand-new versions, but won't hurt your wallet each time you drive one into the drink. (Your pride may be a different story, however.) The balls--which blend an assortment of Nike different models--come in a reusable mesh drawstring bag.
