Solid quality, modern cavity-style irons for a nice price.

For someone just starting out,
or even a little bit along in experience,
these are great.

I play mostly "hobo-style" on local
3-par courses (carrying 2-3 clubs
at most--eschewing tow-carts & bags).

I really liked my 7 iron and wedge, so I ordered a 9 as well.

This equipment may not be "ritzy" in price or name,
but it is as good, or better quality, than the standard
clubs rented out at most courses.

These Irons may not be "Tiger Woods Quality", but none
of the guys I play with are Tiger Woods-quality players either.

For most casual players, they'll do just fine.

Anyway, once the equipment is up to a
certain (good) quality level, like the XPC Irons,
then it's all about
what The PLAYER can do, or learn to do.

Product Description:
XPC Assembled Seven Iron Included:Assembled Seven Iron Head XPC Graphite Shaft XPC GripThis ultra-playable iron design features an undercut cavity with variable face thickness to maximize weight distribution. In fact, the face thickness is 2.4mm in the thinner areas and 3.5mm in the thicker areas. Like beams on a bridge, the angled "bars" support the entire face yet save weight that is moved to the perimeter (most irons have a face thickness of 3-4mm throughout most of the face). A generous offset helps raise trajectory and makes these irons easy to hit and a good fit for most middle to higher handicap players.
